Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: How Advanced Medical and Rehab and 45 Urgent Help You Together

A question I often get asked by patients is what the difference is between Advanced Rehab and Medical and 45 Urgent Care, and why sometimes they see both.

45 Urgent Care is staffed by a team of medical providers, either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, supervised by a Medical Doctor. We are assisted by licensed medical assistants. We provide a multitude of typical urgent care services such as acute illness/injury care, work compensation exams and treatment, women’s health, DOT physicals, sports injuries, allergy management, etc. We also offer BioTE hormone replacement therapy, regenerative medicine (PRP, stem cell therapy), and are skilled in treatment with trigger point therapy and joint injections.

What makes this clinic unique is our partnership with Advanced Rehab and Medical. AR&M is staffed by Chiropractic Physicians, assisted by Chiropractic Therapy Assistants. Their training offers a different perspective and set of therapeutic tools that all patients can benefit from.
